- Attending GEO-related meetings and reporting
- Identifying and promoting GEO related domestic and overseas trends

- Members: research institutions and specialists related to Earth observation

- Consultation on national response strategy and short/long term implementation plan
- Working level discussions related to GEO General Assembly and Executive Committee main decisions
- Consultation on establishment, operation and activation plan of domestic integrated global observation system
- Support for GEO related external activities (committees, working groups, etc.)

- Can be divided into application and data division according to need
- Each subject / subcommittee is committed to monitoring and activating domestic activities in the subject area -> organizing a workshop once a year to report activities
- Participating in AP symposiums and related working groups
- Responds to GEO Program Board
